Norwegian seafood feast at Crown Princess hotel Kuala Lumpur. Fantastic Norwegian seafood presented in new and exciting dishes.

18/01/2008 :: The Norwegian Ambassador, Mr. Arild Braastad, opened the launch of the Norwegian Seafood Promotion the 8th of January. The event took place at the Crown Princess Hotel in Kuala Lumpur. This is the third time the Norwegian Seafood Export Council and the Crown Princess Hotel are cooperating to promote Norwegian salmon and seafood in Kuala Lumpur. For a two months period Malaysian seafood lovers will have the opportunity to feast on exotic seafood. The Crown Princess Hotel will during January and February serve specially created dishes in all of the hotel’s four restaurants, using fresh Norwegian salmon and seafood. All restaurants, The Prime Grill Room, Taj North Indian Cuisine, Spring Garden and Café on the Tenth, will have different seafood dishes catering to different palates. The dishes include Norwegian Red King Crab Curry and Norwegian salmon with kerabu mango salad. The launch also introduced a new Halal recipe booklet. This booklet includes the dishes that will be available in the restaurants at the Crown Princess Hotel till 29th of February. In occasion of the launch, the invited guests were given the opportunity to taste some of the new and tasty dishes.
